Inspired by Fish Grill

I’m currently in a “California Fish Grill” phase and I’m hooked. CFG has inspired my dinner for tonight. The menu is Cajun Tilapia, garlic mushrooms, and spinach salad.

PALEO = DERICIOUS

After a long day of work, I wanted to cook myself a delicious steak and unwind. For those that don’t know, I’m currently on the popular Paleo Diet. After gaining 30 pounds in the past 12 months (and seeing how my muffin top and man-boobs began to protrude), I realized that I couldn’t continue with my recent eating habits. So I went to Ralphs and got a top-sirloin steak, asparagus, and mushrooms (paleo approved!) to grill at home. Luckily for the millions of you that visit this swagtastic blog frequently, I will post some visuals to entice you guys to try this diet. I must admit, It’s only been less than 24 hours since I’ve started and  I really miss my complex carbs.
